Help us Help Others

According to Stats Canada, our country is experiencing a mental health crisis but millions of Canadians who are facing a mental health challenge right now do not have access to help. Without the ability to navigate their mental health concerns easily, they remain vulnerable to a range of problems like food insecurities, loss of children, homelessness, intimate partner violence, addictions, and incarceration. And, once someone has entered “the support system,” their family’s reliance on it continues for generations. Together, we can stop the cycle.

At AO, we have a lofty goal: we want to prevent these societal challenges by helping people at risk improve their mental health and make them employable so they can live prosperous lives instead of becoming trapped in poverty. We need your help. We have built a revolutionary self-guided software system for mental health management and outcomes. Our AONest™ system helps people navigate their mental health concerns and build their emotional resilience without needing to talk to a therapist. We have a large wait list of individuals who are unable to benefit from the solution without your help. They are supported by social service agencies. Others live on First Nations reserves.

Your generous donations will make it possible to put a free copy of AONest into the hands of the individuals who need it.

Our solution works like this:

  1. Use AONest to teach people essential life skills and provide self-guided mental health therapy and resilience strategies so they will have the capacity to solve their own problems.
  2. Help them become employable so they can set themselves up to have any life they want.

Imagine a world where every Canadian had access to mental health therapy followed by support to help them find a job. They could enjoy a prosperous future of employment instead of a life of poverty.

Your support will enable us to:

  • Make AONest free to those who need it most.
  • Enhance the system so anyone can use it to improve their mental health and resilience.

This is your opportunity to support reconciliation and make a lasting impact. Please donate today so we can deliver the gift of mental health to everyone who needs it.

Hand-up for Healing

A Hand-up for Healing is simple. By providing a hand-up, instead of a hand-out, we as a community come together to help heal, up-lift and support those within Indigenous and marginalized communities out of poverty and social systems.
