Reconciliation Training

We are dedicated to bridging the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities through our reconciliation training. By delving into the complexities of historical relationships and nurturing mutual respect, our program aims to foster a future rooted in unity. Your participation in this transformative journey is not just an opportunity for learning but a commitment to healing and solidarity. Through our reconciliation training, we provide corporate leadership teams with the tools needed to break down systemic barriers that exist within the workplace, to expand the First Nations, Inuit, and Métis (FNIM) talent pool and offering job-ready FNIM community members a sustainable career and path forward.

More details about our training program are provided below the sign-up form.

About our reconciliation training

Our reconciliation training centres on building awareness, starting challenging discussions, and fostering partnerships. We work alongside your company’s leadership team in our teaching lodge for a full-day training session, including a traditional Indigenous lunch. We believe that working closely with leadership teams is important for sustainability and scalability as many companies have high turnover rates. Thus, we have created a train-the-trainer model where we build relationships with the leadership team and provide them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to incorporate the training into their onboarding processes for all team members to access.

The training session covers Canada’s colonial history and focuses on changes that can be achieved through creating positive social change within corporate Canada. The training focuses on creating avenues for everyone to be involved and empowered in reconciliation work. Our reconciliation training is a step down the path of healing towards reconciliation.
