EarlyON at Anishnabeg Outreach provides a variety of developmentally appropriate, fun, and interactive learning opportunities for you and your child to explore together. Join us to sing, dance, explore, discover and be active! All programs are offered through Zoom and require pre-registration in KeyON. Music & Movements
Imagination and creativity are developed and explored through rhymes, songs, finger plays, and gross motor activities. Support your child’s language development and experience the benefits of physical activity.
Ready, Set, Move
Encouraging physical activity supports your family in making healthy lifestyle choices. This program encourages you and your child to be active together through a variety of fun physical activities and games.
Join other families and our EarlyON facilitators in discovering learning opportunities through literacy, numeracy, art, sensory, and science activities. Certain activities will be Indigenous-based/themed too!
Mental Health: Childhood Anxiety
This 6-week program will cover the perspectives of anxious infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-agers in various life situations. This will be a combination of prompted questions, experiential learning, psychoeducation, skill-building, and therapy. This program creates a safe and compassionate space for caregivers who have experienced their child(ren)s and their own anxiety. It will support learning and discussion through various anxiety topics while acquiring skills to cope and practice.
